IELTS is a standard exam accepted by more than 9,000 organizations in more than 145 countries. If you are applying to a University in Europe, Canada or Australia, this is the exam you need.

If you are applying to gain residency in Canada, the UK or Australia than the IELTS exam is needed.

This exam is organized by the British Council. For Guatemala, it is the Mexican British Council that organizes the centers and dates for the exams. It is usually held once or twice a year at a hotel in Zona Viva. Check the IELTS dates here.
